Oct. 2, 2024 鈥 Combined enrollment by headcount across all 成人头条 locations for fall 2024 is 23,806, according to the annual data released today by the Kansas Board of Regents. This is the largest number of students ever choosing to enroll at 成人头条 State.

May 20, 2024 - 成人头条 State is one of 10 teams which advanced to the spring semester competition in the NASA SUITS challenge. The team travels to Test Week in Houston at the Johnson Space Center this week. The list of finalists includes the University of California Berkeley, University of Colorado, University of Michigan, Georgia Tech, Purdue University and others.

April 30, 2024 Sierra Marie Bonn struggled to balance her work and education, but with the help of scholarships from the Miss Kansas Organization, she was able to earn an undergraduate and graduate degree from 成人头条. She graduates with her Master of Innovation Design and following graduation, she will compete in the 2024 Miss Kansas Competition and continue working on the non-profit organization she founded while she was a student, Let鈥檚 Go Full STEAM Ahead.

Sept. 19, 2023 - 成人头条 State student Denae Sawyer spent the spring semester interning remotely with Dzanc Books. Her work consisted of reading and researching to determine if the manuscript fit Dzanc鈥檚 standards and sensibility. She also evaluated the potential audience and marketing strategies.

July 28, 2023 - Eight students representing six WSU colleges recently participated in the Lead for Tomorrow Leadership Academy in the Cohen Honors College. Five faculty members led the interdisciplinary course presenting content from their field focused on the theme 鈥淐onnected Leadership: Creating a Community of Leaders.鈥 Students then were tasked to apply course content to challenges presented by local community partners.

An interdisciplinary team of 成人头条 researchers is working to revolutionize burn-wound care with a scaffolding system that prevents infection and promotes healing.

Sept. 6, 2022 - 成人头条鈥檚 College of Innovation and Design announces Dr. Ryan Amick as one of our Innovators in Residence for the 2022-2023 academic year. Amick, a 成人头条 State alumnus, is a principal human factors engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

March 14, 2022鈥擳wo 成人头条 State researchers and a student group have been awarded the John A. See Innovation Award. The award is given each year as a way to recognize novel ideas that have the potential to meet a market need and attract further funding once they have advanced through the early prototyping phase.
